Directions for use

Mix 1 rounded scoop (9.1g) with 250–300ml cold water. For accurate measurement, use a kitchen scale. Do not exceed one daily serving unless advised by a healthcare provider. Not suitable for individuals under 18.

Allergens

Contains fish and shellfish. Manufactured in a facility that uses, and may contain, cow's milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish (crustaceans and molluscs), gluten (wheat, barley, rye and oats), and fish.

Warnings

Do not use in conjunction with anticoagulant medication. Discontinue use if you are sensitive to any ingredient. Consult your doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare professional before use if you have diabetes, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have liver or kidney disease, or have been instructed to follow a low-protein diet.

Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have a liver disorder or iron deficiency, take any other medicine, have a diagnosed chronic condition, or plan to use this product beyond 12 weeks. Mild gastrointestinal disturbances may occur.
